andycooks Long gone is the band that I first fell in love with on ‘Slowly Reclines’, replaced by an upgraded version that is more musically adventurous. The post-punk foundation is there, but is nestled within newly erected walls of psychedelica and electronic beats. The result is something a little closer to bands like Broadcast and Crumb. A fantastic sophomore effort that will be on repeat for a while. Favorite track: Sad Cowboy.
